Happy Spring! I love fresh berries in the Spring!
Below is my favorite spring Smoothie. You can use either Honey or Maple syrup, my favorite is a touch of Maple Syrup!
1 cup strawberries, cleaned and sliced in halves
1 cup raspberries
1 banana. You can use a frozen banana if you like your smoothies very cold
1 cup milk- this can be Cow's milk, Almond milk, Soy, Cashew or Oat milk.
1 tablespoon Honey or Maple syrup
1 cup ice if desired to chill
Put all ingredients into blender and mix on high until smooth.
